Based out of Saint John, New Brunswick, the Site Project Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between our client, contractors and project manager on a high profile local Saint John project.

This individual will manage all aspects of contract administration and will be directly responsible for coordinating all architectural and interior design aspects on the project site. The Site Project Coordinator will work closely with the project manager in our Toronto studio, while overseeing communication, documentation, drawing submittals, contracts, schedules and site functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site contract administration services and act as primary point of contact between the client, construction manager and project manager

A seasoned architect with recent experience in P3 project management, the Project Architect, Healthcare will develop and lead the project delivery, drawing upon past experience in healthcare planning trends, principles, codes and innovations.  The role is hands-on with junior staff and with peers to develop mentoring relationships to improve work, build morale and develop the team.

B+H’s healthcare project delivery is centered on Revit, Code Book and Clarity software platforms.  The Project Architect, Healthcare should be familiar with this software and how to structure work flow to take advantage of these systems and others that may be incorporated.
