Ralph Baumann begins every project with the objective to understand what his client’s vision is to ensure effective collaboration throughout the process. Knowing that inspiration comes from many sources, he uses his know-how, insight from books and a multi-cultural background to think innovatively and instigate the development of ideas. With nearly 25 years of experience, his knowledge of large-scale developments has given him solid project and people management skills. He joined B+H in 2010 and throughout his career, has contributed to the construction of landmark buildings in Europe, China and Vietnam. With a broad understanding of the breadth of work involved in projects, Ralph has experience in design and project management from inception to completion, and is a guiding force in the development of contemporary and efficient architectural design.
