Nestled at the foothill of of Núi Lớn mountain and overlooking the sea beyond the rocky shore, Vung Tau Binh An Village is in a unique location anchored on the breathtaking coastline of Vung Tau City. The proposed master plan preserves an old lighthouse and complements the existing Resort and Heritage Precincts located at the heart of the development. The new 5-star resort plan includes a 160-room hotel combining clusters of guestrooms and suites, in addition to luxury overwater bungalows and private villas. Appealing to a diverse and sophisticated set of clientele, units will feature generous terraces and spa-like ensuites along with unobstructed views overlooking the sea. Private villas feature pools and private pontoons and are serviced by their own Clubhouse.
Facilities and amenities located within the Heritage Village repurpose and enhance historic structures and include the amenities and an all-day dining venue. Three signature specialty restaurants with ocean views are spread across the resort allowing guests to enjoy spectacular views while going about their days in this paradise getaway. An open space concept, the landscape design complements the architecture and is inspired by the natural beauty of the mature vegetation and rugged shoreline.
The B+H Planning and Landscape team viewed site constraints as opportunities to shape the concept of a hideaway resort while locally inspired Feng-Shui design principles inform orientation and site access planning. A narrow strip of land spanning north to south from the Heritage Village along the shoreline, the steep terrain and everchanging seascape provide a framework for the redevelopment. Garden pathways, a marina promenade, a boardwalk over the stones, the seawater pool, and children’s play area are all nestled in the natural setting of the resort. By playing off the local vegetation and strategically addressing logistics such as service and parking, accessibility and free movement within the site, and the balance of privacy versus access to public facilities, the Vung Tau Binh An Village brings life through redevelopment to create an enviable luxury resort destination.
